Blackthorne Pools & Spas was started by Locksin Thompson in 1975 when he installed a redwood hot tub in his back yard. Then a friend wanted one, then another and another. Blackthorne Hot Tubs was born. Since then we have installed thousands of hot tubs, spas and swimming pools as far away as the Island of Tonga.

In 1992 Locksin's daughter, Malina Breaux, took over the operations of Blackthorne Pools & Spas. Since that time Malina and Herbie have proudly continued to offer the highest quality products.
